Ok, I think my injury is actually a sprained ligament. I'm still not sure but my Applied Kinesiologist Doctor is not back in the country until February. So I won't find out for sure until then. Does anyone have any advice on this? Should I rest? Or should I continue with high rep, low weight squats?...
