I was doing my dynamic stretches the other morning and my left heel started to havee pain like burning. It only happens when I kick to the front not the side or the back. It also does not happen when I point my toe. Has anyone else had this?

I have a person that I coach who has fallen and broken his wrist. It happened snow boarding. Does any one have any advice as to how recovery could be either speeded up or reduced in length?

I have read your books on stretching and training and they have recommended against cycling as a cross training sport since it hurts flexability.
