Stadion's Sports and Martial Arts Training Discussion

I have trouble isolating my adductors with adductor pull downs my abductors always take over… is there a way to prevent this and make my adductors do the work?

Does anyone know a place in Canada I can buy iron boots????? The athleticatomix place only ships to the US and I can't find ivanko's either
