On the more western side of treatment and diagnosis, I would suggest seeing an Athletic Trainer, Orthopedist/Osteopath, or the best would be a Physiatrist. If you are still having the pain in you hip (hips?), check out seeing an Athletic Trainer, Orthopedist, or a Physiatrist. It sounds like you may have a bit of Greater Trochanteric Bursitis going on in there. No diagnosing over the internet, just trying to match problem to signs and symptoms.
