Isometric Stretches is about Strenghtening in a stretched position and the longer and harder u do maintain the hold and the resistence the better it is for you. Even tho I can do all 3 splits I still hold and maintain Isometric Stretches as long as i can.

Front splits is not acheived via stretch ya hamstrings. Dont forget, Hip flexors stretching, and Thigh stretches Calfs play a major factor in abtaining the splits...
