Ok i'll try and specify. I want to know a warm up exercise that with help with the tension after knuckle up? As my arms are normaly stiff for a while after. I found that when i did karake, kae kwando and gym that i was able to most of the stuff you asked but then you are training all week and some people just want free time. Mixing to sports is a great way to learn. This may sound strang or silly but bailly is very good if join into a contact sport and ...

Basic streching
Ok im wanting to know what stretch's i should do to improve my flexibilty as most of the freads i have been about isometric splits.
So i was wonder what strech's i should use and how often to achieve.
1) back and leg fexibility
2) Arms and upper body
3) Legs
can any one help?

I was wondering if any here knows of ways in which to improve reaction time, speed (of momentum), Jumping and Flips.
