I'm pretty excited about this forum. I have a number of the books and tapes from Stadion and I subscribe to Mr. Kurz' email Q&A. I have found all of these to be interesting and valuable. I have a feeling that this forum will provide a stimulating exchange of ideas from other (knowledgable) athletes who are serious about improving.

A quick question: will any members of the Stadion "stable" of authors be joining and participating on this board? That would be icing on the cake.

I am continually impressed with the material and advice from Mr Kurtz and Stadion. I have purchased many of the videos and books and have found them to be consistently of high value and quality. I am fortunate to also know and work out with Mr. Mac Mierzejewski and can attest to his superior abilities. His "Power High Kicks with No Warm up" video is not smoke and mirrors.

I'm drooling with envy, Dave. To be able to work out with him would be incredible. I have that video as well and it's my favorite Stadion product I have purchased to date. You can watch it over and over again and get something new out of it each time.
