Strength-Endurance exercise for Hamstrings
I know that Hindu squats work the quads, glutes, erector spinae muscles and knees for strength-endurance in those muscles, but do Hindu squats also work the hamstrings for strength-endurance as well? If not then what is one supposed to do to work the hamstrings muscles for strength-endurance as a beginner during the sequence of conditioning exercises for fighters and martial artists in long-term training and in a single workout?
