I have read Mr. Kurz opinion about push ups saying that they can limit your flexibility if performed with bad technique, but he also has said that they can be a good strenght exercise. So my question is: What's the push ups correct technique? Especially when there are lots of variations and one can find a lot of videos, but how can one knows what is good and what is bad?
I've found a page explaining the proper form for a push up (mostly how i do them): http://www.builtlean.com/2011/02/23/how ... h-up-form/. Is it right or wrong?
Maybe is a silly answer to bother Mr Kurz but he's a great guy, so thanks in advance
