I was wondering if there is anywhere or anyone that can help me with info on Heart Rate Recovery.
I do 10 x 3 minute skipping with 5 pound ankle weights.
After the 3 minutes my heart rate is around 180bpm within 30 seconds as thats the break between sets i can get my heart rate down to 110bpm..
So is that good ????
Just to add after my work out my heart rate is 180 and after 1 minute of rest its back to 80bpm. I thought i might test it on a 1 minute break...
