I want to prephare a strong aerobic foundation before I go into more intensive training later this year. Will I improve aerobic fitness faster if I swim, for example, 5 times a week instead of 3? Or 7 times a week instead of 5?
I read somewhere that Paula Radcliff rests once every 14 days.
I couldn't find guidelines for this in 'Science of Sports Training'.
How many times a week?
