i was wondering if any one could help me, i would like to learn spinning kicks but i carnt even do a spin with out becoming very off blanced and very dizzy

Most of my students experience similar effects when starting spinning kicks. 2 things help: a) practising the kicks more slowly - "turning" rather than spinning out of control, and b) focus.
