Hello,
I'm trying to work on the progression from Flexibility Express and I'm wondering if I should keep current approach. For now I can do regular deep squat quite easily, in 5-step stance I can do some squats - but the problem is that I can't drop my hips below the knee level, so in fact I can't go as deep as in regular squat.
1. Should I keep working in 5-step squat with weights until I'll be able to go deeper before I will go to 7-step?
2. Should I use isometrics in 5-step stance instead of 7-step?
3. In theory I can hold isometric contraction in 7-step stance for 30 seconds and I don't feel much effort in lower back or abs, but at the same time I can only do 30 reps of adductor flies and the same amount of leg raises. Should I put isometrics on hold and work on getting stronger lower back/abs first in such case?
Thanks in advance for help!

Do all of the above, plus work on the overhead squats (shown on the Flexibility Express DVD).aspenboy wrote: 1. Should I keep working in 5-step squat with weights until I'll be able to go deeper before I will go to 7-step?

Thank you for quick reply!
Just one more question - during a workout should I do hi-rep work (adductor flies and leg raises) before the squats and other low-rep hi-weight activity?
