Hello everyone,
I had a couple quick questions about adductor flies I hope you can help me with. I have my splits. The two front come easily, in a minute or so I am on the ground. The middle splits take quite a bit of warming up and I get a little sore after. I thought I would work more on my adductor flies.
1) I weigh 185 lbs, what should be my goal in terms of reps and weight? Right now I lift 25 lbs with each leg for two series of 30 reps.
2) What is the best product on the market to put heavy weights on my ankles/feet? So far I have been stacking ankle weights but it seems 25lbs is the best that I can do with that method.
Thank you in advance!

Re: Adductor flies
1) The goal resistance and reps depend on your purpose, i.e., how much strength do you need in what exercise. If you do 30 reps easily with a given weight, then you likely can do 150% or more of that weight at a lower number of reps. If you watched Secrets of Stretching, you should understand what I mean.
2) Iron boots. Used to be made by Ivanko Barbell Company and by York Barbell. Ivanko Iron Boots are sold at https://www.wwfitness.com/ivanko-4.html. If out of stock at wwfitness.com, then search eBay.com.
