i am a new member in this forum,i would achieve my side split but i am feel lessflexyble,i have a dvd secret of stretching and i would practice this methode,iam 26 years old ,71kg & 1.78cm,i am training bodybuilding 3 time a week:
1-i would know how i put stengh exercises(preparation) in my workout.
my workout is ; chest-shoulder-tricep back-biceps leg-abdo?
2-how many reps,sets,charge load?
3-how many sets of relax & iso stretch can i do,& holding time
my last question is about a radio of my hips this is :

I was in no hurry to reply because this is a question you should ask your physician or, if the physician does not know anatomy well enough, then an orthopedic surgeon. You also didn't explain why you had the X-ray (radiography) made. All I can see, not being a radiologist, is that the X-ray was taken from behind, that the angle between the shaft of your thigh bone and its neck (the part that ends with the head of the thigh, which fits into the hip socket) is either normal or even more open than needed for doing splits easily, but there is something strange on top of the neck of the thigh bone. I have no idea what could that be: a calcified part of the joint capsule (zona orbicularis)?
