When I perfoming dynamic stretching, how much of bending in the knee is acceptable? if I don't bend it much I can hardly raise parallel to the floor.
Beside, when do you know you have reached your maximum rom in this stretch? you need to perform a few more of the stretch but if you do you are writing a memory which will be difficult to overcome.
For a special forces operator, which is a generalist, which routine will do?
should I use static active stretching?
