I have been doing squats to splits for several months doing weighted 7 step squats and above head presses with a weight plate also in the 7 steps squat. I can sink my hips below my knees well and truly.
Should I now be doing the same thing with my legs a little wider now and continue to spread them ?
My 7 steps seems a little narrower than yours. I notice that in the video you start your 7 steps with you feet a little bit apart.
