Dear Mr. Kurz,
on FLEXIBILITY EXPRESS you show an exercise you call " Magic Trick with Hands". My problem is I can not sit back and down without my toes pointing up while you do it with feet flat on the floor pointing forward. Am I doing something wrong or is my flexibility so poor?
Is that http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1aVjkPzKovc the way you recomend to do Deadlifts if I can not do bouncing Deadlifts?

In such case sit on something that is above the level your feet are at, for example, sit on a pile of exercise mats while your feet are on the floor. What time on Flexibility Express dvd is the "Magic Trick with Hands" shown? I do not recall seeing this and would like to fast forward to when the instruction starts. Thank you.
