Training for Tae Kwon Do

Im going to be doing Tae Kwon Do soon and i was wondering what Workoutsi should be doing to get my body use to doing Tae Kwon Do. Any Input is nice.

really just start stretching dynamic and static and increase your stregth, also you can do push ups sit ups hindu sqauts, but I would just start TKD the class should get you in shape, and teach you what you need to know

Agreed - best not to worry too much, just start going to the class, all beginners will be in the same boat as you and you'll soon get a feel for what kind of strength and flexibilty you need.
