Hi,
Has anyone read this book (cover to cover)?
I just got it (the thing is huge), any way. I am out of shape and need to loose body fat. And I want to regain my former flexibility, so I got into Kurz stuff. I got this book to help me develope a diet and training routine.
Any one kn ow where to start (I know the first page or even the chapter scetion, but I want to start this ASAP...

I've read the first two sections (I believe there's three) several times. Before diving into the book, you may wish to read the articles posted on this website first. http://www.stadion.com/column.html (particularly 18 and 29).
Reading the book more than once was very helpful. I absorbed about 1/4 of it on the first read.
