Hello guys wondering if this basic model could be checked
I am going to be working with someone interested in building strength and running endurance they work full time have a family and poor recovery so i wanted to safeguard the CNS and progressively build up the 2 physical qualities i was planning to go with -
Day 1 - Upper Body Strength Day
Day 2 - Aerobic Based Day
Day 3 - Active Recovery Day
Day 4 - Lower Body Strength Day
Day 5 - Aerobic Based Day
Day 6 - Active Recovery Day
Day 7 - Start Over From Day 1
Just wondering if thats ok thanks
