I've just started reading Stretching Scientifically, but the problem is that I don't think I am knowledgable enough to start training my flexibility/strength just by myself, I fear that I might not get it right without professional help.
I don't know if there are any people like physicians, trainers etc. who know your methods well enough here in Finland, so I was wondering if someone knew where to search? Thanks in advance.
