dynamique stretching every morning and night. at night a i do all ther other type of stretching "do i include isometrict stretching and relaxed stratching".
after a work out i do isometrict stretching and relaxed stretching.
what im aiming for is that soon i want to join a TKD classes. so will be doing stuff for my front and side splits and kicking stuff in the book. as for uper body not sure, some neck stuff, shoulder not sure what. and wanted to add some for flexibility of the spine but not to much, just enough so i can dodge hits by bending back ward while staying neer my oponent in order to grab him or just hit him in the chin

I'm not sure which book you are talking about. Science of Sports Training states that strength workouts should be done after technical ones. So plan to do your weights either right after your TKD class or the following day.Dark-Angel wrote:Well after reading the book, since english isnt my first language. im a little confused on how to make a program. Hmmm. Your defensive strategy is interesting. Keep in mind that if you bend over backwards to dodge a high kick to the head you are exposing your solar plexus and groin for your opponent's follow-up strike. Personally, I prefer to stand my ground and block any strikes against me or step/slide out of the way if I feel I cannot block it. Doing fancy contortions to dodge a strike puts you in a bad position to counterattack and/or defense against your opponent's follow-up strike.what im aiming for is that soon i want to join a TKD classes. so will be doing stuff for my front and side splits and kicking stuff in the book. as for uper body not sure, some neck stuff, shoulder not sure what. and wanted to add some for flexibility of the spine but not to much, just enough so i can dodge hits by bending back ward while staying neer my oponent in order to grab him or just hit him in the chin
