Hello there! I have a small problem: I've a knee pain and went to a physician who advised me to do a RMN test (i don't know the exact term in english, electromagnetic frequency test, something like that) and it came out that i have a microlesion under my kneecap and my meniscus is thinned... They didn't say anything about surgery. Can someone advise me with some bodyweight exercises to strengthen my knee? Thanks in advance!
