Hi guys! I just recovered from a hip flexor injury and restarted stretching. Today I encountered a small problem (I can't say it's a problem cause it does not cause any pain). As I performed the toes-up side split (after doing warm-up by adductor flies and afterwards both full front splits), I noticed that my right buttock was tensed and the left one was not. Does anyone know why? Thanks in advance!
