diet
Re: diet
I imagine that you could probably lose 2 kg of water weight pretty easily by using saunas a day or two before the competition. Depdending on how important the weight loss is, you might also want to consider eating a low-carb diet for a few days before the competition. That will also cause your body to drop a few pounds of water as well as stored glycogen. The problem is that losing glycogen might rob you of your energy stores for the fight. If the weigh-in is a day before your competition you might still be able to do the low-carb thing leading up to the weigh-in and then gorge yourself on carbs immediately afterwards so you have some energy reserves in time for your fight the next day.Vega wrote:hi everyone!i'm new of this forum this is my first question:i do taekwondo and for an incoming competition i have to lose 2 kg (i don't know how libres are)in 2 weeks.....whit how correct diet i can to lose this wheight?thanks for all reply
