Vemma

Post by shannonhorn »

I read your newsletters and the forums here daily but haven't contributed much yet. I've improved my range of flexibility since watching and have pursuaded my tae kwon do school to integrate several of your stretching techniques. I think I need to commit to your recommended stretching routine on a dedicated basis to reach a full split.

I was recently introduced to Vemma (vitamins, essential minerals, mangosteen, aloe, and green tea) and have been very impressed by my results. I train about three hours per day and have three kids. My kids are exposed to sick kids all day long at school and I have used Vemma to replenish my body after training. The kids and I were taking several vitamins each day to ensure health and energy but now take Vemma each morning; much easier.

I’m a second degree WTF (Korean; took about 8 years to achieve) black belt in tae kwon do and train / compete in boxing, kickboxing, jui jitsu, and MMA with several other incredible athletes.

Vemma is now partnered up with Health Corps in a drive to fight obesity and improve health in the US. Professional athletes such as Sean Merriman (NFL linebacker) also use Vemma daily and endorse it.

No pressure, but I'm excited about sharing it. I'm registered with Vemma as a customer and member. If you're looking for a great daily vitamin supplement, look into it. Thank you.
