Stadion's Sports and Martial Arts Training Discussion

Last week when I posted some questions about flexibility training and programs the forum was working OK. I checked the forum yesterday from home and the latest posts were on August 17 from Mr Kurz. They were not the latest posts from last week when Dragon and I were discussing programs etc. So, I came in to work (where I am at the moment and where I have been logging on to the forum) and logged on thinking that might fix the problem. Same thing happens. I can still log on, but the forum page isn't up to date (1 sept 2006 last posting from me). Can anyone help me please?
