double end striking bag

I was wondering if any of you have any good web sites or books that might show techniques to properly work a double ended striking bag?

The techniques you use would be the same techniques you always use.The double ended bag lets you know if you are making contact squarely by the way it bounces back at you.Obviously,if you are a martial artist there are some techniques which don't lend themselves well to the floor-to-ceiling ball(axe kicks,spinning kicks,etc).

Usually,the floor-to-ceiling ball is used for reaction training.
