Holder (horse) for practicing breaking

I have been searching for a few years now to locate the plans for a holder (horse) to practice breaking. Whilst it was a while back, I see that GAZ had a successful response from this forum through KRYSTINA SARGENT. I wonder if either might be able to help me, or anyone else who might have a source for plans to build or a source to buy. Much appreciated.
