Hello there all, i'm just posting this to get if i'm doing the routine right. I have read "streching scientifically" and i have just begun doing isometric streches a few weeks ago. I just hope that you guy's can tell what i'm doing right and what i'm doing wrong.
My Routine:
I do dynamic and static streches almost every morning.
I do the isometric streches 3 times a week.
When i'm doing the streches, i start at a position were i don't feel much of a strech and then i tense for 5 sec. Then i relax and strech a little further, and tenses again. I do this 3-4 times until i'm at a point were i don't fell i can strech much more. Then i do a last tension where i try to hold it for 30 sec. I do this whole sequence 3 times.
So if anyone could help me with what to do, or just confirm what i'm doing is fine please write.
