More information on DVD's?

Dear Mr. Kurz,
is the SECRETS OF STRETCHING DVD and the POWER HIGH KICKS DVD different from the VHS versions of 1990,1996 ?
Just wondering, because there are some samples on youtube that look new.
I am going to order the CLINIC ON STRETCHING DVD but maybe I should get the KICKERS BUNDLE even though I already have the VHS of S.O.S. and P.H.K.

Secrets of Stretching on DVD has a couple of minutes of additional footage that was not shown on VHS. Power High Kicks content is the same on DVD as it was on VHS.

If you list links to those YouTube videos I will tell you whether what they show is the same or different than the VHS versions.

kurz straddle-stance.mp4 comes from the DVD version of Secrets of Stretching.
hips joints in straddle split.mp4 is from video Stretching Scientifically (VHS).
