Ps: (I'm from Portugal and it would be nice to get back there with this material)
Do you know the book" Functional Training for Sports"
by Michael Boyle.

See list of stores at http://www.stadion.com/stores.html . There should be a store that carries our products in New York City.

I do not believe in training software.
