Fast flexabilty

Anyone check out the vibrating equipment soloflex is selling. They claim it increases flexibility, strength ect. Any oppinions? www.soloflex.com

i am with Mr Kurz in his opnions in about machines..they are waste of money, and act on desires off people.

If you are going to spend the money on some the equipment they have (which is pretty pricey) then you would be better off getting one of those massage/vibrating chairs. You can use it when your not training and, if you want, use it before, in between, and after you stretch to loosen up a bit more.

If you look closely its really just an over priced motor put on some nice and shiny equipment. I definitely wouldn't bother.

I never used a machine to vibrate my muscles but I know that they are sometimes used by chiropractors so there must be something to it.

no i wasnt interested in buying it, but was curious about the usefullness of the equipment. I mean does vibrations help with flexability training?

Anything that helps to relax the muscles will help with flexibility training. There are much cheaper and better ways, though. You'll get more benefit from teaching yourself to relax than relying on the assistance of a machine.
