I was wondering if there are any Canadian stores/distributors that sell either one of these? I need to get the book and video and I would rather not have to order online and pay 30 dollars for shipping, thanks to anyone who can give me the info.

I forgot to mention, Amazon.com is one I don't like.... like 30 dollars for shipping and takes 6-8 weeks for it to ship. Can't wait that long. Isn't there anywhere else?

Failing that,if you have any big book stores where you live they should be able to order it for you.May still take the same amount of time to arrive but the shipping will be a lot less.

When you say you don't want to pay $30 shipping online,is that direct from Stadion?I've ordered from Stadion to the UK and don't recall the shipping and import tax coming to that much.

Where did you live, how long did it take to ship and how much was shipping for you? The biggest book store here in Canada is Permanently out of stock, I called and asked.

Amazon.ca has it, but I'm not too sure about Shipping time and Shipping amount.

I live in the UK and delivery didn't take that long as i recall,about 10 days if that.
To be honest,i can't remember how much shipping was.It may well have been $30(it doesn't sound as much when you say about £15).

Stadion do have a sale on at the moment-20% off until Monday.
