Hi, I tried emailing customerservice@stadion.com but got the following error: "Message rejected by mailbox due to space constraints."

I placed an order (Acrobatics DVD) on June 24. I've not gotten any confirmation about the order and no estimated delivery time. Yet the payment has been withdrawn from my account.

Is there a problem?
