Yes, it is.
We have decided that maintaining the our e-mailing list (stadion-list@scienceofsports.com) by ourselves is too much trouble. From now on Stadion Publishing Company's e-mail list is hosted by AWeber Systems, Inc.
If you have signed up before December 22, 2004, you will have to confirm your subscription (between December 22 and December 25 you have received a message asking to to confirm it) or to sign up again. You can sign-up at http://www.stadion.com/registration.html . If you sign up again you will receive a message with subject “Confirm your subscription to stadion-list.” Remember to confirm your subscription by clicking on a link in that message.
If you confirm your subscription you will continue receiving answers to
questions on training, notifications of new FREE articles on training
and stretching, other freebies, and sales for subscribers only.
If you will not confirm your subscription, then AWeber Systems will
delete your e-mail address from our list.
