New posts link?

Hi all,

Am finding this forum very interesting, motivating and helpful. Been checking it every day to look for new posts.

Would it be possible to have a link to show recent posts? Such a link is very common on forums like this. At the moment I am having to read very carefully through the forums main page to look for threads that have had a recent post. It might make a big difference to those of us who like to keep track of this forum on a daily basis.
