Hi every one i need your help for some question because i want do the split and now i'll do it. I will be gratefull forever if anyone help me!
1)i have flexibility express and i test my flexibility the result is that for the front spli i do the exercise with kettlebell or if i don't have kettlebell how i can do this?
2)For the test to do the straddle split my out are almost completely to 180 degree and i would say when i put my toes with my leg on a box,As video presented on flexibility express, the toes are up the leg straigh and?
3)How can make my routine?Preworkout and post workout because i don't undesrtand if i do dynamic stretch for preworkout and do after squat to splits with plates?
