Why my Lowerback rounded?
when i try to perform butterfly stretch (knee very close to the ground) my lowerback rounded and my hips and knee are up in the air and i don't have the possibility to touch the floor with them
How To Fix my Rounding Lower Back error for a complete full butterfly stretch and side split?
