On the Appendix B page, at the end of Mr. Kurz's book, Stretching Scientifically, it lists the normal ranges of motion for each ligament or joint within the body. So, I already tested myself on all of them, and I apparently am able to move each of them within at least the given ranges of motion for each part of the body. However, even though the ranges listed in the appendix for each part of the body are considered to be the "normal ranges of motion," would those ranges be enough for great overall flexibility for a martial art like Taekwondo, Karate, or Hapkido, etc., or would I actually have to work on trying to achieve even greater ranges of motion beyond the "normal range of motion" listed for each body part?
Also, what is the normal range of motion for trunk rotations, because it's not listed in the Appendix?
