bridging technique from flexibility express

Post by Haakon_Myrseth »

when you bridge, in flexibility express, you lift the heels up and let the weight come on the balls of the feet? i thought the heels should stay planted on the ground? what is the difference between these to variations?

It is easier to do it with heels up, especially if you want to do bridge twists. To accentuate T-spine extension and to stretch your ribcage and chest muscles, plant your heels and push off toward your chest.
