I am 44. Every time I do a mae keage ( front stretching kick) or raise me knees my hip sound like blob, blob. I think is a consequence of being forced down while doing butterfly stretch & forced to do the split against the wall. I started to workout again with a bowflex (one leg spred) would that help. I trying to strength me hip?
