I am 53 years old, been active in karate for 18 years. I have read Tom's book, watched video from Bill Wallace in the past. I just purchased a Versaflex stretching maching from Centruy Martial Arts. I have been stretching since July 2010 and I'm up to 160 degrees, some days only 155. I warm up with leg lifts to the front then side, then stretch for about 10 - 15 minutes each evening befroe bed then I do some leg lifts to cool down. Any tips for me? I guess maybe I expected more stretch in this time frame.
