Mr. Kurz's kettlebell routine

Post by new2bjj »

Mr Kurz, what routine do you do as far as kettlebells, and how do they mix with squats and deadlifts. My question is, do you mix the barbell lifts with the KB lifts, do them on seperate days, or just the Kettlebells, now that you already have the requisite strength in those basic lifts. I'm curious as to how to mix them for a kickboxing, stand up combat routine.

I do not have a routine. I follow principles, such as this:

A workout ought to be compact, flowing, and to the point. (The “point” depends on where you are and where are you going.)

You use these tools (kettlebells, bar), so you know advantages and limitations of each. Make your workouts as they ought to be while getting the most out of your tools.
