Greetings Mr Kurz. I've purchased your book "Stretching Scientifically" while ago and it was very helpful to recover my whole dynamic flexibility in my right leg after a repeated injury problem (that and physical therapy ), so many thanks for that.
I would like to know your opinion about performing the chin-ups with weights, my question is: What is the safest equipment to do weighted chin-ups (ankle weights, weighted belts, weights hanging from a belt, weighted vests), or it doesn't matter?
I ask this question because it seems to me that some of this options may stress the lower back unnecesarily, like with the weights hanging from a belt.
