Do you believe that gymnastics-style strength training can be sufficient for the strength of a combat sports athlete? Can sufficient strength be developed without barbells, dumbells, and kettlebells? George St. Pierre used gymnastics in his training in conjunction with Olympic Weighlifting but said in the end of his career that if he could change anything, he would have done only gymnastics from the beginning. Thoughts?
